Created by Luxembourg City and the Ministry of the Economy, the Luxembourg Convention Bureau is the official body tasked with promoting the Grand Duchy as a destination of choice for professional events.
The LCB offers to event organisers, no matter if they are based in Luxembourg or elsewhere, its expertise with individualised, unbiased advice. This one-to-one support is provided free of charge and helps to ensure the success of events organised in Luxembourg, from congresses and conventions to conferences and trade shows.

November 2024
In November 2024, AIJA brought together over 330 legal professionals in Luxembourg for a global conference on legal challenges in a complex regulatory world — supported by the Luxembourg Convention Bureau.
European Meetings and Events Conference (EMEC)
March 2024
In March 2024, Luxembourg hosted EMEC in collaboration with MPI, welcoming over 260 event professionals for a conference focused on innovation, sustainability, and meaningful networking.

To support eco-friendly events, the LCB encourages organisers to apply for the Green Business Events label.
Awarded by the Ministry of the Economy, it recognises events that meet environmental and inclusivity standards, including transport, catering, waste, and energy efficiency.
The LCB provides free, dedicated guidance for adopting sustainable practices and securing the label.
